The goods

Home office and workspace ergonomic hardware, including adjustable desk risers, articulated monitor mounting arms, ergonomic task seating, dynamic footrests, lumbar supports, and mechanical cable management accessories. Individual product listings state component inclusions, item quantities, and physical specifications. Product photographs show hardware structure; shipping boxes may vary.

Ordering and contract

Checkout submission submits your purchase. We deliver an email confirmation; the sales agreement forms once we hand packages to the carrier. We reserve the right to cancel an order for unavailable stock or unconfirmed customer data, issuing a full refund immediately.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment. Accepted methods: Cash on delivery. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch and offer you to confirm or cancel.

Delivery

Freight routes, delivery intervals, and transport rates are documented on the Delivery & Payment page. Physical risk transfers to you at package handover.

Product images and colours

Photographs represent actual production units. Metal finishes and powder coats can appear different depending on your monitor setup and ambient lighting. Minor tint variance is not a manufacturing defect and does not qualify for free freight returns or financial compensation. Dimensions, materials and contents are stated on each product page.

Transfer of risk

We remain accountable for parcels until the driver delivers them to your door or to your designated receiver. Liability for loss or mechanical damage transfers at that point. Report visible shipping crate damage to the driver and notify our office within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You can send items back within 30 days of parcel drop-off following our Returns instructions. All ergonomic hardware items include a 24-month statutory conformity warranty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, protecting against structural material defects, failed gas struts, and manufacturing faults under standard domestic office usage.

• Customized or made-to-order ergonomic furniture units, including bespoke desktop dimensions or custom fabric upholstery.
• Fast-wear consumables or mechanical service components with short operational lifespans.
• Personal contact ergonomic accessories, such as open-cell foam wrist supports and unsealed memory-foam cushions removed from protective hygiene seals.
• Hardware goods that have been combined or inseparably assembled with other structural elements after receipt.
• Digital assembly manuals, ergonomic setup software, or downloadable workstation guides unsealed or downloaded by the customer.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under English law, our total liability for any claim arising from order processing or hardware provision is limited to the actual amount paid by the consumer for the goods, or £100, whichever amount is greater. Nothing in this text restricts liabilities that statutory legislation does not allow us to exclude.

Age and use

Buyers must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. Mount and use workstation components only as directed in assembly manuals; ergonomic supports do not replace daily routine.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms and all commercial contracts are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of England and Wales. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, the local court at the seller's registered address handles the case. This does not override your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your home country.
